Bio  

Mark Bailey is the Professor of Later Medieval History at the University of East Anglia.  In 2019 he delivered the prestigious James Ford Lectures in British History at the University of Oxford on the aftermath of the Black Death, and he is the author of Medieval Suffolk: An Economic and Social History.
