Pay it forward tickets are for those who wish to support the event but are unable to attend. Pay it forward tickets will be available to claim for free for those who wish to attend but other wise would not be able to for financial reason. Please email info@houseofmannington.co.uk to claim a free ticket when one becomes available. Please keep an eye on our Instagram @houseofmannington where we will announce if there are any free tickets to claim. ACCESSIBILITY INFO This Cabaret is a seated show that uses dramatic and flashing lights. Please also be aware carers are able to attend for free, please let us know via email if you will be bringing a carer or have any specific accessibility needs.

Due to the historic nature of the Lord Roberts Pub (built 1936-37) accessibility is unfortunately low. Please let us know if you have a carer attending with you via email, they may accompany you without needing to purchase a ticket, we just need to know for capacity reasons and can ensure any accessibility needs are met to the best of our abilities. The pub has step-free entrance however the Cabaret is downstairs.

The stairway consists of: - 2 steps down, a landing - 5 steps down, a landing - 6 steps down, step-free entrance to the Cabaret space Each step is 20cm high and there is a handrail all the way down. We are more than happy to welcome you before doors open to make your way into the space at your own pace. We can also reserve seating for you, and have limited space for storing mobility aids and wheelchairs within the venue. TOILETS Unfortunately The Lord Roberts does not have a dedicated disabled toilet, however toilets have step-free access. Please note the toilets with urinals are down one 15cm step which can be covered with a ramp. These toilets consist of 2 cubicles and 4 urinals. The toilets without urinals consist of two cubicles. Please use whichever toilet you feel most comfortable using.
