About this event
A journey into reconnection and release. This session blends Conscious Connected Breathwork with somatic movement, an intuitive body-led practice designed to help you come back to the parts of yourself you’ve disconnected from.
We’ll begin with somatic movement, a form of intuitive embodied movement that helps you reconnect with your body through sensation. In a world that keeps us in our heads, movement practices like this are a way of coming back to what’s real, physical and present. It’s not about how you move or whether it looks a certain way. It’s about using movement as a tool to notice, explore and reawaken parts of the body we often ignore or disconnect from. These practices help create the safety and awareness needed for deeper emotional release through breath.
From there, you’ll move into Conscious Connected Breathwork using the We The Conscious® Method, a therapeutic process that combines connected breathing, psychosomatic awareness, sound and scent. This second part of the session allows you to explore what the body has surfaced and create space to process, feel and release.
The benefits of combining these two modalities — somatic movement and conscious breathwork — include:
• A deeper connection to physical and emotional sensation
• The ability to access and release tension stored in the body
• More clarity, calm and presence
• A grounded awareness of what your body is holding and what it’s ready to let go of
• A renewed sense of safety and connection within your own system
What should I expect during a We The Conscious® breathwork session?
Each session is unique. What comes up depends on where you are emotionally, mentally and physically. You’ll be safely guided through a connected breathing journey with clear cues and support throughout. This is not about fixing or performing. About your guide
Hey I’m Liza Al Sady and I spent the past 15 years working in the corporate world feeling stressed, constantly chasing my next deal and overwhelmed.About 6 years ago I started looking into alternative wellness & therapies because I felt it was time that I faced my trauma head-on and committed to healing.I came to understand that no amount of avoidance could alleviate the heavy feeling I carried within me. It was like carrying emotional baggage weighing me down.Amid my path of self-discovery and spiritual growth, I stumbled upon Breathwork, and it has profoundly changed my life. Early in 2022, I was appointed as Head of Well-being for the largest Education Recruitment Agency in the UK. I introduced breathwork and mindfulness across London and 9 regional offices, and witnessing my ‘suited and booted’ colleagues embrace breathwork for stress and anxiety management was an incredibly fulfilling moment. This experience inspired me to create a conscious lifestyle brand (We The Conscious), aiming to make breathwork accessible to as many businesses and people as possible. I trained in Neo Emotional Release and qualified as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Coach & Teacher under JP Crimi, a leading expert in the science and ancient wisdom of Breathwork.
