Event description

Description

The Book Club is specially for the ambitious, the curious and the fast-growing.

For our first Book Club of 2020, we wil be reading The Eternal Business and welcoming author Chris Budd. Subtitled 'How to transition a business for the employee ownership revolution', Chris taps into the mindset that led Richer Sounds to be handed over to employees earlier this year.
Employee ownership is a way of releasing value when you decide to step away from your business that preseerves your legacy and passes on control of your business without the need for employees to raise finance.
Having recently passed his own business on to his employees, Chris is ideally placed to write and talk about the process, and the experience.
Employee ownership is about more than just the ownership - it's about creating sustainable businesses that are focussed on long-term sustainable profits, happy customers, and happy employees.
The Eternal Business lays out that system for businesses no matter where in the world they are based, and shows how to get a business - and its employees - ready for this transition.
If you are thining about how you will exit (and you should be!), book today and find out more about how to do so in a way that everybody wins.
When you register, we will arrange your copy for you, so don't forget to let us know where you'd like it delivered. As I am sure you know by now, you have to read it before you can come!

Register now to guarantee your place at the Book Club Bristol - where leaders come to learn from each other.
