Legend has it that many years ago a book of terrifying tales was found. Now, you are invited to discover the secrets of The Book of Darkness & Light ... if you dare.
Join The Storyteller and The Musician for an evening of spine-tingling tales and haunting live music. Three ghostly stories to delight and horrify, accompanied by the beautiful sounds of the violin.
Be thrilled, chilled and thoroughly entertained by this charming storytelling experience. But, be warned, once the pages of the book are opened ... anything could happen!

PAY WHAT YOU DECIDE
Entry to the venue and performance is free with your Eventbrite ticket. At the end of the performance, pay what you think the performance was worth by putting money in the pot. This can be whatever you decide. If you would like a suggested amount, a good guide price would be £8.
Tickets are limited. If you no longer require your tickets, please let us know or cancel them via Eventbrite.
Please don't hold onto a ticket if you don't intend to or are no longer able to come!
The stories in The Book of Darkness & Light contain moments of shock, tension and gothic themes. They are not suitable for younger children. The responsibility for any children present rests entirely with their parent/guardian. These stories may also be unsuitable with people of a nervous disposition.

How does Pay What You Decide work?
Your Eventbrite ticket grants you access to the event. At the end of the performance, you'll be asked to put a contribution in the bucket based on what you think the performance was worth. A suggested contribution is £8.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can bring a printed or a digital copy of your ticket to the show. If you forget either, don't worry, we'll have a list with your name and the number of tickets you have.
Is the show suitable for children?
The Book of Darkness & Light is a ghost story telling show. As such, there are moments of tension, scares and gothic themes. Our general age guidance is 14+. If you bring along children younger than this, you accept full responsibility for this decision.
