We believe breathwork should be available to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. The suggested contribution is £20, but you are welcome to pay whatever feels right for you—no questions asked.

Breathwork can be intense, and Conscious Connected Breathwork is generally not recommended during pregnancy. If you are pregnant and interested in breathwork, please get in touch—we can recommend gentler techniques that are safe for you.

What if I need to stop during the session?

You are always in control of your experience. If you need to pause, slow down, or stop at any time, you are welcome to do so. This is a trauma-informed space where your well-being is the priority
