We're all busy people aren't we?
If we're fortunate our busy lives will bring us fulfillment but for many stress overshadows their blessings and that stress, in time, can manifest itself either psychologically or physically; often in both ways!
I consider myself an easy going person but several years ago the accumulated stress in my life took hold in the form of broken sleep, depression and chronic pain in my neck and shoulders; I'd tried yoga classes and stretching exercises but nothing had any long term effect. Then, during some treatment on my neck, my physiotherapist mentioned Kriya breathing and the Art of Living Organisation and I haven't looked back since! I've now completed several of their courses and the quality of my life has improved beyond recognition; I'm now committed to helping others do the same.
