Can I park onsite?

Yes, parking is free of charge onsite, but we would encourage people to carshare where possible.

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times. Any dog who is causing a nuisance will be requested to leave the site. Please ensure any dog mess is cleared up and disposed of appropriately.

Can I bring a picnic?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring a food picnic but we have some fantastic food trucks there for the day: Grab a Burger, Pizza Passione, Otis Breading, The Tea Pod, Coffee Cab and an ice cream van. Please do not bring alcohol. Glass is strictly not permitted on site. Alcohol will be available to purchase.

Can I smoke at BRS?

This is a non-smoking venue and event.

Can I bring my children?

Accepted Answer

Children are very welcome and are free of charge if they are under 18 years of age. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Is there a first aid point?

Yes, we will have first aid provision onsite throughout the day.

Can I get a refund?

No. As this is a charity fundraising event, we are not able to issue any refunds.

What should I wear?

This is an entirely outdoor event. Please dress comfortably, and according to the weather on the day.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately there is always the risk of inclement weather, however the event will go ahead even if it rains! In the event of weather making the Family Fun Day unsafe to continue, you will be notified by email as soon as this information is available.
