Online event
Overview
Join this session to upskill yourself and find out how to upskill your students on dealing with misogyny & healthy respectful relationships
More than a third of secondary teachers have reported misogynistic behaviour from pupils at their school, and 40% said they felt ill-equipped to handle such conduct.
Join this free session, led by Alan Bissett and Kimberly Roan McVeigh, to explore a series of resources that are designed to upskill pupils and teachers to address misinformation, challenge stereotypes and empower pupils to call out misogynistic behaviour.
The Bro Code is a module designed to address the root causes of male ‘entitlement’ and expose the social harms of misogyny. It also communicates positive mental health strategies for boys, highlighting that the pressures on them matter.
