In the event of a cancellation(event), a full refund will be issued to ticket holders. Late arrival or refusal of admission by not adhering to the venue guidelines will not trigger a refund.
The venue and its staff reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals/groups that do not adhere to its guidelines.
Refunds will not be issued unless the event is cancelled.
