Is there parking at the venue?

Yes there is plenty of free parking at the venue.

I haven't actually started a business yet, is this the right event for me?

Absolutley yes. These brunches are specifically for those who are thinking of starting a business or those who've recently started. The brunches will be packed full of hints, tips and ideas for you to take away and there will be plenty of people to mingle with who can share their journeys with you

Will this be a formal networking event or more laid back?

These brunches will be a little of both. There will be a structure to them so that you get the most out of each visit, but there is no need to come suited and booted and it doesn't matter if you don't have any business cards yet. Come along to one and see for yourself.

Do I need to have registered my business to attend?

Nope. It doesn't matter if your business is just a dream or idea at this stage, this brunch is all about helping you turn it into a reality.

Do I need to bring business cards?

Bring 'em if you have 'em, but if you don't it really doesn't matter as there are so many ways to share our details these days.

Will I have to do a 60 second pitch?

Nope. We don't want to put you under any pressure and many people won't have their plans finalised yet so there's no way they would have their pitch all figured out. We will simply ask you to give us your name and what you do, or intend to do. eg. I'm Lynne Thomas - a small business mentor :)
