As part of the launch of the AGBS 2018, the meeting will bring together businesses, investors, governments, entrepreneurs, innovators, NGOs and the African diaspora professionals to discuss how climate change is currently affecting Africa and businesses with the aim of helping stakeholders understand what role climate finance plays in achieving sustainable development in the region, and how it could be mobilised to prevent the situations from getting to the tipping point and towards a greener Africa.
