Refunds will not be provided if booked within 30 days of the event. If a delegate attending cancels after the 30 days (and does not replace with a suitable delegate) they will incur an administration charge of £50 + VAT.
Yes, there are two events – the Pre-Conference Workshop (22 Oct) and the Business of Training Conference (23 Oct). Tickets are sold as a bundle at a special combined rate.
The Pre-Conference Workshop is only available as part of the bundle. However, you can buy a ticket for the Business of Training Conference (23 Oct) by itself if you do not wish to attend the workshop.
