About this event

Arts • Literary Arts

Hannah Hoare and Elaine Cusack are officers of the Business & IP Centre North East, helping local businesses in the northeast to thrive through support, data and funding. Along the way they've supported many writers: one of their favourite things to do, since they're also writers themselves.

Come along for some insight into the different routes to achieving your writing goals, and the local organisations and people who can help you along the way. Hannah and Elaine will be joined by a panel of local authors and independent publishers from across the northeast, who will be sharing their experience and advice, and answering your questions.

The panel of authors include: Glenda Young, Crear Publishing, local children’s author Mirabel Lavelle and more.

There will also be the opportunity for networking afterwards.

FREE event, booking required. Suitable for ages 16+

This event is part of our WRITE Festival which takes place throughout the whole of September. Enjoy a programme of unmissable events, workshops and performances!
