Mae Theatr na nÓg ar genhadaeth i danio dychymyg y genedl. Maent yn credu yn y pŵer o theatr bwysig i ysbrydoli newid hir-fywyd, a chyfoethogi bywydau pobl o bob oed. Gyda’i gwreiddiau yn y Cymoedd Cymreig, maent yn creu theatr wreiddiol yn y Saesneg a’r Gymraeg sy’n ysbrydoli a dal sylw cynulleidfaoedd o bob oed ar draws Cymru a thu hwnt.

Golyga ei henw ‘theatr o ieuenctid tragwyddol,’ ac maent yn dod a’r egni a’r balchderau yma i greu gwaith newydd gwych sydd yn sylfaenol i’w chartref yng Nghastell Nedd, ac sy’n effeithiol at gysylltu â’u chynulleidfaoedd ble bynnag maent yn teithio, o Abertawe i Singapore. Mae eu sioeau o’r un ansawdd uchel, uchelgais artistig a safon broffesiynol ar gyfer pob cynulleidfa - oedolion neu blant. Mae Theatr na nÓg yn dwlu dod â bywyd i’r storiau gan bobl gyffredin sy’n cyflawni pethau hynod. Maent yn gweithio gyda, ac yn creu cynyrchiadau gwreiddiol ar gyfer cynulleidfaoedd ifanc ac ysgolion, ac maent hefyd yn ddarparwr gwaith prif lwyfan gydag apêl ar gyfer ystod eang o oedrannau.
