The Buy To Let Show 2016
Sat 12 November 2016, 10:00 – 17:00 GMT
After a successful Buy to Let Show in Manchester earlier this year, Sequre Property Investment is back with another exclusive event at the Emirates Stadium, London.
With a slightly revised format and another panel of expert speakers, all attendees will discover the secret to smarter property investment. Whether you’re a first time investor, an experienced landlord with an extensive property portfolio, or are simply starting out on your journey with buy to let property, this is one event that’s not to be missed.
Extensively covering both UK and international property, this event is an exciting day full of informative hints & tips on creating and managing a successful, income-producing property portfolio. Plus, there will also be an exclusive property deal launched on the day available to those who attend the event.
10.35am – 11.05am
Graham Norwood, property journalist, shares his insights on the buy to let property market and his predictions for the future.
11.05am – 11.35am
Michael Sacks, director of Sequre Property Investment looks at how you can make smart decisions when purchasing investment property.
11.35am – 11.55am
Thomas Pearson, partner at JMW solicitors, will be discussing off-plan developments and property conveyancing
12.25pm – 12.45pm
Steve Crompton and Lucy Williams from Jackson Stephen, will be joining us to discuss the basic tax implications involved with buy to let property and share advice on how investors can be more tax efficient with their investments.
Lora Roberts from Ascend Properties will be discussing how it can pay to be a hands-off investor and will look at the benefits of using a lettings and property management agent to maximise returns.
Here’s just a few comments from our previous events:
“Very pleased with the day, I'm glad we came along. Also the setting was great, there was a good structure and the subjects covered were presented in a professional and friendly manner.”
“There was no pressure - it was just presented as an opportunity and up to the individual to seize it. I thought the presentation from Michael Sacks showed his knowledge and professionalism”
“The sense that it was based on a knowledgeable, honest, truthful account of the possibilities and probabilities. A can-do approach, setting out very clearly the advantages of the product while acknowledging sensibly the alternative options. No hard sell.”
