About the Workshop
Slow down, look closely, and discover the joy of sketching from the natural world. In this relaxed workshop, artists Mary Bourne and Lynne Strachan from Cabrach Reconnections will guide you through the process of observational drawing using natural objects gathered from The Cabrach’s fields and woodlands.
You’ll explore line, shape, and texture as you bring leaves, twigs, seed heads, and other found materials to life on the page. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already enjoy drawing, this session offers the perfect chance to connect with nature while developing your sketching skills.
