There's no need for a special occasion to prirotise your well-being, and what better way to start your Sunday than with a morning wellness retreat filled with pilates, mindful practice, nourishing food and goody bags? It's the perfect opportunity to release tension, boost your energy, and leave feeling refreshed and restored.
What's Included:
- Fresh infused drinks on arrival, with a chance to relax and ease into the morning
- A 45 minute mat pilates class delivered by Jazz, designed to guide you through a series of mindful movements that positively challenge your body, and leave you feeling physically energised and mentally reconnected
- A break for fresh juice shots and energy balls
- A 45 minute guided journalling and sound meditation delivered by Kaya
- Enjoy fresh acai bowls and matcha, and a chance to connect with others before wrapping up the morning with a farwell goody bag filled with items to support your wellness beyond the day!

A bit about 'The Calm Core Club'...
"After moving to London and experiencing the constant, fast-paced atmosphere around me that I was struggling to keep up with, I started to feel disconnected. I was losing my routine and not taking time to prioritise my own well-being, which led me to feel burnt out. As a new venture, I decided to create a space where people could slow down and reconnect. The idea of self-care is often seen as a rare treat, but in reality, it's about making the time to prioritise your well-being regularly, that allows to you to find balance and handle everything else".
By hosting regular events around London, The Calm Core Club connects the power of Pilates with other mindful practices such as Yoga, Meditation, Outdoor Exercise, Recovery and Nutrition. It's a community where like-minded indviduals can connect in a fun and empowering environment, offering a chance for you to find balance and restore calm in your life, helping to improve your well-being from the inside out!

Jazz, founder of 'The Calm Core Club', is a dancer and fully qualified Pilates instructor who works across multiple studios in London, teaching Mat Pilates, Reformer and Barre.
Kaya | @kayayoga_
Kaya, guest guide for this event, is a fully qualified yoga teacher based in London, sharing over four years of experience in Hatha yoga, breathwork and meditation through soulful, grounded practices that invite stillness, connection and inner awareness.
