This course is designed for women who experience anxiety—whether it's occasional or ongoing—and want practical tools to feel calmer, more balanced, and in control. You don’t need any prior experience with meditation, yoga, or mindfulness.
No problem! All sessions are recorded and shared with participants, so you can catch up anytime and revisit the practices as often as you like.
The full price is £150, but you can secure the Early Bird rate of £125 if you book by 15th September. Payment plans and a small number of concessionary places are available—just get in touch if finances are tight.
