Holy Brook Associates present a seminar to consider how we continue to tackle the taboo around dying and work together to support the whole person at the end of life.
The end of our story is an important part of our story. As health services move to a person centred approach it is important that we how we can work together to deliver this, not just as health and care professionals but looking at the practical, social and spiritual side of people’s needs.
We’ll hear from key speakers and collaborate using the tried and tested approach of workshops and discussion and by using new online collaboration tools and social media to make this event accessible to as many people as poss
Is there an age limit to enter the event?
We do not have an age limit for this event. We will be discussing the future for young people, so we want to hear your voice. If you are teacher interested in bringing students or have them take part online please get in touch and we may be able to arrange a special discount for you.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
For face to face participants yes. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can change the name on the badge and update your contact details, however, the person this is transferred to won't be able to take part in the online collaboration if the transfer is after this starts. For online collaborators, your involvement is linked to the email address you give us so we can't transfer your account once this starts.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
This might save you some time on registration but it is not essential.
Where is the event being held?
We will be holding the event in an accessible location in Westminster, London and will update participants once the venue is confirmed.
