Description

Presenter: Sally Beyer, PGR careers Consultant

This workshop replaces the workshop, 'Career Management' offered previously and will have similar content.

When did you last take some quality time to think about you and your future?

Need space and time out to:

  • reflect on your career – is it going in the right direction?
  • re-focus on what is important to you in work and think about how to achieve this?
  • create a strategic career plan for the next 1-3 years?

This thought provoking and interactive session will enable you to explore how career ready and employable you are, identify the work values that drive you and set personal and professional goals for the next 3 years. Along with creating a plan of action for you to maximise your potential both in and outside of work class=GramE>; it will give you some breathing space in a non-judgemental environment, providing tools to be honest with yourself about what you really want. We will explore what it means to be ‘career agile’ in a constantly changing world of work.
