THEME: WORKING WITH SELF-ESTEEM IN CBT THERAPY
Following the survey recently distributed to Registered Members, the topic of self-esteem was one of the themes that received the most votes for a future topic. So this has been chosen for this gathering, given that self-esteem, especially low self-esteem, is something that many of us as psychotherapists, counsellors and practitioners will explore with clients during therapy.
Please feel free to bring along any worksheets, articles, books, tools, assessments, links etc that you wish to discuss or share with the group in relation to this topic or other news, suggestions etc that you would like to share with the group. If there is anything else in particular you would like to discuss or share at the meeting in relation to this topic, please also bring this to the group. Consequently, here is the Agenda for the next meeting:
* Welcome and Introduction (if required)
* Working with Self-Esteem in CBT Therapy (including formulations, personal experiences, challennges, worksheets film/video, psychological measures what self-esteem is etc.)
* Tea/Coffee Break
* General Discussion
* News and Updates
* Topics/Themes/Activities for the next meeting
I will bring CPD Certificates of Attendance for those attending this meeting. Thie event will constitute 2.5 hours of CPD.
Tea, coffee, refreshments, biscuits provided (as are Certificates and Membership Packs, handouts (if applicable). The next edition of The CBT'ers Clb Newsletter will also be distributed to Registered Members during the autumn-time too!
Spaces are limited, so please book soon to avoid disappointment. Once booked, NO REFUNDS will be given, even following cancellation.
Looking forward to seeing Club Members at the next gathering!
