About this event

Spirituality • Islam

Do Muslim men have somewhere safe to share their everyday challenges without being judged?

Sound familiar?

Busy breadwinners - always working, rarely resting.

Under pressure - to carry our families, community, and responsibilities, whether that expectation is real or imagined.

Disconnected - from ourselves, from our faith, and from the joy of brotherhood.

Silently struggling - with marriage, parenting, identity, or stress, without a space to talk openly.

The truth is, most of us don’t.

The Chai & Chat Network aims to change that.

Why this event

This pilot gathering in Bradford is about listening first.

This is your space - a place to be honest, share what’s really on your mind, and say the things we usually keep bottled up.

We want to hear from you:

  • What challenges you’re facing as a Muslim man today
  • What kind of space you wish existed for men like you right now
  • What support, conversations, and brotherhood would make a difference in your life

By attending, you’re not just joining a one-off event. You’re helping shape the future of a network designed by and for Muslim men.

What To Expect

  • Good chai, good company, and real conversations that matter
  • A short introduction to the Chai & Chat Network vision
  • Guided small-group discussions to share your thoughts and challenges
  • Open space to voice your opinions, ideas, and suggestions
  • A chance to connect with like-minded brothers in a relaxed, welcoming environment

This is not about performance. It’s about being real, being heard, and helping build something together.

Who Is This For?

  • Open to all Muslim men (18+) in Bradford and the surrounding areas
  • Brothers juggling family, work, and community pressures
  • Men who feel they don’t often get the chance to talk about their struggles openly
  • Anyone curious about shaping a new kind of men’s network - rooted in faith, brotherhood, and wellbeing

Why Attend?

Because your voice matters.

The Chai & Chat Network is being built for men like you, but it can only succeed if it listens to you first.

This pilot is your chance to:

  • Finally speak openly without judgement
  • Be part of a brotherhood where you don’t have to perform
  • Influence the direction of this new initiative
  • Connect with others who truly “get it”
  • Be part of something from the very beginning

I’m looking forward to meeting you all, insha’Allah.
