Cultural change driven by HR – the power that HR can play in an organisation; find the opportunity, embrace the challenge and make it happen.
In many sectors’, products and services are available from many other outlets; it is the people and the service level that make the difference. Having colleagues engaged & understanding what the common purpose of the job is, how they need to behave and where we are all going, is vital to driving profitability.
Happy staff = Happy customers = Happy profits
Many HR professionals know the theory, but can they make it happen?
How do you ensure that the organisation has a clear purpose that every colleague understands? How do you have clear behaviours that every colleague understands? And how do you articulate to everyone ‘where is it is we are all going’? And how do you get the Board and leadership team to drive this?
The instigator and leader, Sharon Ashcroft, will relay the journey so far and impart her knowledge as to ‘how’…
The objective, the methodology, the outcome thus far. The way that a complex and varied workforce are happy to adopt this change, where many previous change programmes have failed. Hear TrustFord’s story …..
