Nurture Radically Collaborative Teams

The Changemaker's Toolkit is a series of live online courses that build your changemaking ability step by step, from innovative thinking to collaborative teams, co-creation and community leadership. This course - Nurture Radically Collaborative Teams - is the second course in the series.

Why this course matters...

Work isn't working. Teams try hard, but conversations get stuck, misunderstandings grow and collaboration slips into frustration. And when people feel stretched or unheard, even the best ideas stall.

Whether you're leading a project, building a team or trying to bring people together around a goal, this course gives you practical ways to work with others, build trust and get things moving.

Turn frustration into fuel.

Real collaboration needs better shared tools, not more effort.

These live, small-group sessions help you stay steady in challenging moments, navigate tension with confidence and create the conditions where collaboration can really thrive.

You’ll learn how to work together, share power and turn everyday interactions into real progress, so groups can turn ideas into action.
