Nehal Bhayani is the Director of Total Rewards at Farfetch. Nehal joined Farfetch in October 2018, shortly after IPO, and since then has been building a global Total Rewards strategy, primarily focused on compensation philosophy, equity strategy and improving their communications on addressing compensation related topics. Nehal is also responsible for the Compensation Committee, Executive Compensation and global benefits. Previously, Nehal has worked at News Corp, where she was the SVP of Compensation and at Sky, where Nehal actually started in Corporate Finance before making her way to Rewards. Nehal looks forward to sharing her experiences and thoughts on Total Rewards on the panel.

Sarah Leverson, Director of Compensation & Benefits, EMEA at Facebook.

Sarah is currently Director of Compensation & Benefits, EMEA at Facebook. Sarah joined FB in Jan 18 initially to run compensation and her remit has recently broadened to cover FB’s Life@ proposition. Prior to FB, Sarah ran Global Reward at data science specialists dunnhumby and EMEA C&B at PayPal. Her early career was spent in investment banking, consulting and rowing at an elite level.

Matt Austin, Reward Leader - Previously VP of Reward at Monzo

Matt Austin is a reward leader with global experience including early career experience in the unusual locations of Kazakhstan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.Recently redundant from the role of VP of Reward at Monzo, Matt has a breadth of experience in different sectors and organisations of varying sizes having held senior reward roles at Clarks, Dyson, Burberry and DeepMind over the last decade. Matt enjoys the challenge of reward because the people line in the P&L is increasingly the largest investment companies make so there is significant opportunity for impact.
