The Charles Dickens Trail 6.3 Miles
A new trail which describes the life and times of Charles Dickens during his visits to the Island. A comprehensive trail leaflet is available describing the route and historical context. A number of voice files from members of Dickens family are accessed by QR codes. The walk starts with a steep climb to the highest point on the Island.

Pace of Walk: Moderate - This walk will follow a moderate pace.
Walk grade: Moderate - Varying landscape with some more challenging slopes. Stiles and steps to be expected en route, suitable for keen walkers and anyone who is reasonably active.
Walk Mobility: Walkers need to be reasonably agile and mobile. Not suitable for walkers with mobility impairment of any kind
