The Children's Media Conference 2022
Come to Sheffield and network in real life! This CMC 2022 live ticket enables you to attend all live sessions, PLUS you will have access to the the video library of exciting content covering the breadth of children’s media today.
What Does The Fee Include?
- Access to the CMC Keynotes
- Ticket for the Tuesday drinks reception
- Access to all sessions on Wednesday and Thursday
- Wednesday and Thursday lunches
- Ticket for the Wednesday night party
- Access to all VOD content and online networking platform.
Additional event tickets for the International Exchange and SkillBuilder can be purchased seperatlely.

Terms and Conditions
Registration is only considered complete once payment is received. All payments are in pounds sterling only, as the event is hosted in the UK. All tickets prices are charged additional VAT.
Cancellations & Changes Policy
This pass can be transferred to another person upon receipt of written notification. Please note that the discounted registration rate is non-transferable. Please carefully read the terms of the registration you have purchased. Please inform us of cancellations or changes to your registration: registration@thechildrensmediaconference.com.
Refunds
If you notify CMC of your non-attendance BEFORE the event has taken place, then refunds are available. PLEASE NOTE: Eventbrite fees are non-refundable, so you will be refunded your ticket price MINUS the Eventbrite fee.
If you notify CMC of your non-attendance AFTER the event has taken place, then refunds are not eligible.
Cancellation
If the CMC is obliged to cancel the conference Live in Sheffield (owing to changes in Covid regulations for example), the following Refund Policy shall apply:
If CMC 2022 Live in Sheffield is cancelled, you can:
- get a full refund minus the Eventbrite admin Fee if you want to cancel your pass entirely, or
- Get a partial refund so you can attend CMC 2022 Online.
If you request a partial or full refund, the Eventbrite Admin Fee will be applied:
- Early Bird Rate £23.89 +VAT
- Self-funded Delegates, Small Indies, Under 30s and Student Rate £17.72+VAT
- Full Corporate Rate £31.69+VAT
Department for International Trade (DIT)
By signing up to the conference, you agree to the transfer of personal information between The Children’s Media Conference Limited and DIT for their records.
