❄️ Chilly Run 2026 – Health & Safety Waiver ❄️
By purchasing a ticket for the Chilly Run 2026 and selecting “Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms:
1. Participation & Risk
- You acknowledge that participation in the Chilly Run involves skiing or sliding in winter conditions, wearing costumes, and other physical activities.
- You participate at your own risk. The organisers, volunteers, sponsors, or venue cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage.
- You are responsible for your own safety, and should take appropriate precautions, including wearing suitable clothing and equipment.
2. Personal Belongings
- You are responsible for your personal belongings.
- A buddy system is recommended, or items may be left at Le White Lounge for safekeeping.
3. Alcohol & Conduct
- Consume alcohol responsibly. Skiing under the influence is strictly prohibited.
- Respect fellow participants, non-participants, and ski school areas.
- No confetti or non-biodegradable materials may be used; participants must clean up their own rubbish.
4. Photography & Media
- By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images may be used for promotional purposes by the Chilly Run organisers.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify the organisers in advance.
5. Acknowledgement
- By purchasing a ticket and selecting “Agree”, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate, understand the risks involved, and agree to follow all event rules.
- You acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and you release the organisers from any liability arising from your involvement.
