This domaine that you will be tasting, is part of what could be classified as one of the next big things to be acknowledge in the wine world, see below who is consulting for them. There are no compromise on quality and the wines are truly exceptional, we use one of them by the glass and on our tasting menu. The menu that is proposed if purchased in the restaurant would be sold in excess of £300.00.
