From The Lawns Cafe on Hove Seafront we head North for a 9 mile loop. Now, thats all the way north, up Grand Avenue, Up The Drive, Up Shirley Drive, Turn Right onto Woodland Drive and then breathe! Thats the climbing done. From there we roll down Mill Road and head back into town along the London Road all the way to the Pier. At the Pier we head back to the lawns and grab ourselves a well earned Cuppa and Bacon Sarnie.
Its a tale of two halfs, the first half is perseverance and the second is finding your pace.
