6.00pm – Gates open
6.00pm to 7.30pm – various walkabout entertainment including a mariachi band, Chinese Dragon, cancan dancers and lots more!
7.30pm to 7.50pm – low noise firework display
8.00pm to 9.00pm – Mini Mixx (Little Mix tribute on stage)
9.00pm to 9.20pm – Big Bangs from the firework display
9.30pm to 10.30pm – Flash! (Queen tribute on stage)
10.30pm event close
Food & Drink
No food and drink allowed to be brought into the venue. There will be a number of bars and a mulled wine & hot Pimms stand serving drinks throughout the course of the evening. We also have a number of food concessions on site, including:
Hot dogs & burgers
German sausage stall
Coffee & Tea
Chocolate & sweets

Within walking distance of the event field, there is ample parking for the evening which is provided free of charge for this event. Specified signs and stewards will be on hand to direct you.
Tickets can only be purchased on the TLS Events website and Eventbrite. This is a print at home system, therefore you will need to bring along a printed copy of your tickets on the day.
If they are 3 years to 14 years, you can purchase a discounted child ticket. If your child is younger than 3 years they are free with an Adult ticket. Family tickets are also available.
Purchasing tickets on the day
As they are in demand, it is advisable that you purchase your tickets before the day. Subject to availability, there may be tickets available on the day at ticket collection point however it is strongly recommended to purchase on line beforehand to avoid disappointment
Other useful information
Seating is not provided, you are permitted to bring your own blankets and fold up picnic chairs only however, for health and safety reasons, these will not be permitted to be placed in front of the stage
Umbrellas are okay, but please take them down during the stage performances as a courtesy to others.
The public can not bring in BBQ’s, sparklers, any naked flames, glass, gazebos or dogs (unless assistance dogs) on to site
