About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

At its simplest, coaching is the facilitation of another's thinking.

But its a perishable skill. We stay sharp and safe through regular practice and feedback. This helps you gain insights into what you actually do when you coach, rather than what we say we do.

All we ask is that:

  • You've done some initial coaching skills training, and
  • You're coaching leaders in the Methodist Church in Britain

See you there?

Frequently asked questions

What do we do at The Coaches Workshop?

We help great coaches stay sharp and safe. The best way by far to do this is through practicing with other coaches, giving and receiving feedback and getting (little drops) of teaching, so that's what we do every time we gather.

I'm not a Methodist, but I am a coach. Can I come?

Alas, no. We put this on for coaches working with leaders in the Methodist Church in Britain and don't have the capacity for anyone else. If you're looking for training, mentor coaching or supervision outside the Methodist Church that you speak to our friends at www.3dcoaching.com.

Organized by

God For All includes a desire for church growth. As Methodists, we want to see more people exploring faith and encountering grace, more people coming to a living faith in Jesus Christ, more people growing in faith and discipleship and more people becoming committed members of Methodist churches. Growth involves great change, and great change requires great leaders.
