Welcome to Module Two of Our Complete Paleo Food Course - Paleo Breakfasts

Each module is designed as a stand-alone course, but together with seven other modules provides the Complete Paleo Food Course package. You can choose from a variety of course packages to suit your interests and personal needs*.

The Paleo Breakfast Course is a chance to discover the wide variety of paleo breakfasts and how to make them, from muffins, pancakes, and frittatas, to granola, crunchy cereals, and porridges. You’ll also explore breakfast rissoles, paleo toast, smoothies and smoothie bowls, as well as make coconut and nut milk and yoghurt.

It is well known that starting the day the right way can have a huge influence on your overall mood and feeling of wellbeing throughout the day, lasting you through till lunch and beyond. The Paleo diet approach is designed to maximise your bodies potential as well as be an integral part of healing and often reversing long-term health conditions.

On the Paleo Breakfast Course, you’ll spend the day in the kitchen classroom discovering brand new techniques to add to your growing paleo food skills. You will be exposed to the enormous range of amazing breakfasts you can enjoy on a paleo diet - and will be eating all the dishes both you and Emma prepare.

As with all of our courses, this course is very hands on. It is packed with lots of paleo techniques that can be practiced and transferred to other areas of paleo cooking, so is an invaluable module on this course.

On the Paleo Breakfast Course you will:

Create stunning frittatas, frittata muffins, and quick and easy egg breakfasts.

Learn what breakfasts can be made in advance and frozen.

Learn how to make yoghurt, coconut milk, and nut milk.

Make different paleo breakfasts based on seasonal cooking.
