Hosted by Momentum Coaching, this uplifting series of three in-person group coaching workshops explores confidence from different angles—helping you build it, express it, and support it in others. Whether you join one session or attend all three, you’ll walk away with real strategies you can use straight away.

Each session is limited to eight participants to ensure meaningful discussion, tailored insights, and a comfortable psychological space to explore the topics. Held at the calming Roots of Respect studio, you’ll be welcomed with a warm drink, a snack from Sunshine Bakery, and a small well-being gift to take home.

Session 1: Speak Up with Confidence

Conversation strategies & public speaking

Whether you’re introducing yourself in a group, speaking up in meetings, or delivering a presentation, this uplifting in-person workshop is designed to help you find your voice and use it with confidence.

This 90-minute group coaching session blends guided learning, practical techniques, and gentle discussion in a relaxed, small-group setting (max. 8 people).

We’ll start with a warm welcome, fresh coffee or tea, a treat from Sunshine Bakery, and a short grounding exercise to help you settle in. Then we’ll explore:

✅ What gets in the way of speaking up? Understanding mindset blocks and confidence gaps

✅ Clear and confident communication techniques — including body language, pace, tone, and clarity

✅ How to structure your thoughts quickly for meetings, introductions, or unexpected questions

✅ Mini confidence-boosting tools to use before a big moment (breathwork, grounding, power postures)

✅ Low-pressure practice in a supportive environment

🎁 Includes a small well-being gift and a calm, welcoming space to grow your skills.

You’ll leave with simple, effective strategies to help you express yourself more clearly and authentically—whether in everyday conversations or high-stakes situations.

Sometimes the most powerful confidence is the kind we help others build. This session explores how to uplift those around us—even in anxious moments—while staying grounded ourselves.
