About this event
We all have bad habits. We tend to identify with our habits and as a result can easily feel stuck and unable to change.
Buddha’s teachings teach us how we can to relate to ourselves in a far more positive way. On this 3 week course we will learn how to recognise our potential and our ability to overcome our habits. In so doing we can develop a special spiritual confidence that empowers us to become the person we really want to be.
This course is aimed at all levels of experience from beginners to those looking to fine tune their meditation practice.

Please note: Online Booking & Payment prior the start of the course only. This is a 3 week course series and not open as individual sessions.
Classes last for an hour. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Light refreshements will be served before or after the class.
About the course: this 2 week course aim to teach effective, meditation-based solutions to everyday problems taken from the Kadampa Buddhist tradition. Classes are held at the Friends Meeting House in Canterbury.
