Conflict at work is changing.
A YouGov poll commissioned by Acas found 2 in 5 workers say workplace conflict is rising, with Acas handling 117,000 disputes in 2024–25, the highest since the pandemic.
Employers are facing a new wave of tensions:
- Resourcing challenges and stalled projects
- Intergenerational differences
- Polarised views on AI, ethics, and global events
- Disengagement in classic forms of workplace consultation
The Greater London Authority's (GLA) Mayor of London’s Good Work Standard, and The Liminal Space invite you to a high-impact, interactive session designed for today’s leaders: The Conflict Lab.
Using The Liminal Space's unique behavioural insight, structured experimentation approach and immersive storytelling techniques, The Conflict Lab offers a safe, creative space to explore real-world tensions and practice constructive responses.
You’ll leave with:
- Confidence to hold difficult conversations that don’t go by the script
- Practical tools to keep staff engaged, heard, and motivated
- Strengthened emotional literacy to recognise the dynamics beneath the words and keep conversations productive.
- Shared insight from London employers navigating similar challenges
