The Conscious Practitioner

Calling all social workers & frontline workers!

As a frontline working parent who has personally experienced burnout, I created this course to honour the individuals who continuously put their own lives on hold to support those in crisis.

The emotional investment we pour into ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the people we work with can weigh heavily on our shoulders, often without us even realising it.

The Conscious Practitioner Course is designed to guide you into deeper self-awareness, strengthen your resilience, and equip you with a coaching-led approach to working with families. You’ll learn how to use motivational interviewing techniques to empower meaningful behaviour change whilst prioritising your own needs above all else.
