This 60-minute mat Pilates class focuses on a full-body workout. Ideal for beginners intermediate levels, and for those who like a challenge.

We offer small classes for personalized coaching and focused movement quality. We will guide you on activating the right muscles, and reaching the right posture, to get the most out of Pilates.

These classes offer a full-body workout combining classical and contemporary Pilates with functional exercises. The focus is on developing core strength, building overall muscle strength, improving posture, mobility, flexibility, and balance.
