An intense circuit and floor workout that targets and strengthens your core muscles. A strong core is essential for a healthy body!!!

The Core Strength Workout is an intense workout to strengthen your abdominal and back muscles. Each track is designed and choreographed to music, to take you on a 30 minute intense journey, which will rock you to your core!!!
