The Counselling Foundation is at the forefront of psychodynamic counselling training, understanding how past experiences shape the way our mind works in the present as well as using unconscious processes to support people in making positive changes to their mental wellbeing.

The Foundation has been providing affordable counselling and professional counselling courses across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire since 1974. Each year we deliver 30,000 one to one counselling sessions to individuals, couples, employees and the NHS. We train over 300 people a year with counselling skills so that we can raise awareness and promote the education of mental health.
