About this event

Health • Mental health

In a world that often rewards performance over presence, what does it take to support someone to truly show up as themselves? In this session, we explore Authenticity—not as a buzzword, but as a courageous commitment to truth in the face of uncertainty. We’ll reflect on the power of being fully present, and discover how to support others in releasing masks, navigating what appears as resistance, and stepping into their most aligned self.

This session may be attended independently, or complete the full TRAKC© series for an integrated, transformative journey.

Learning Objective Participants Can Expect From This Event

  • Explore what it means to hold space for authenticity in professional relationships.
  • Learn how to recognise and respond to protective patterns that mask the true self.
  • Deepen your own authentic presence and capacity to model courageous truth-telling.

Who is This Workshop Appropriate For?

  • SuperVision facilitators, Coaches, Therapists, Counsellors (including trainees, newly trained, and experienced professionals); Leaders in Education and the Caring Professions

How May This Workshop Impact Your Practice?

  • Authenticity is more than just “being real”—it’s about inviting your clients / team (and yourself) to step into uncertainty with integrity. You’ll leave feeling clearer, braver and more anchored in your own truth—and more skilled at inviting that same depth and alignment in others.
