It’s an exciting time to be part of the Courtauld Commitment 2030. With COP26 fresh in the memory, climate change a daily item in the news agenda, and with a growing number of other challenges to food security and supply, the work we are doing together to fix the food system has never been more vital, or more urgent.

The new and ambitious Courtauld 2030 targets are firing up our signatories as never before to take collaborative action and Target, Measure and Act on the sustainability issues that matter most to the food and drink sector, and that will have the greatest impact to mitigate the worst effects of climate change.

The 2022 Annual Conference will not only look back to our recent successes but, more importantly, will chart our course on the road to 2030. This is your opportunity to find out more about, and to help shape our work in, exciting new areas such as GHG emissions reduction and alleviating water stress. Reducing food waste also remains a key priority, particularly in and out of home, and we can’t wait to share with you what we’ve got planned to help us all address this issue head-on.

For the first time ever at the Courtauld Commitment Annual Conference, and in the spirit of transparency and collaboration which is key to our success, there will be several sessions that are open to all, so that even more food and drink organisations can find out about the opportunities available under Courtauld 2030 to shape the future for food and drink.
