Description

The Creative Business Advisor

'Leading client value with creative tools and techniques'

The world of the creative industries is changing fast whatever part of the eco-system you belong to – provider, client or consumer. There is a new business culture emerging, driven ultimately by the consumer's evergrowing appetite for new and exciting disruptive solutions they could never have imagined a few years ago.

The creative industries are responding to the added complexity of new technologies and increased global complexity by rapidly defining strategies and ‘visions’ for their future. Their adaptive approach has put them one step ahead of their competitors.

For many creative leaders this means complete transformations of their organizations as they gear up for new, more consultative relationships and ‘hybrid’ offers to compete with those wishing to encroach on their ‘patch’. New structures, new processes and new behaviors are required in order to challenge old ways of working and lead clients on new and exciting journeys.

The Creative Business Advisor Program looks at how creative organizations can lead their clients on new business ventures. It explores strategies and mindsets of business clients and provides the tools and techniques to generate ‘trusted’ business conversations and solutions.
