Join Charlotte for this 90 minute, small group session. Begin with a guided meditation on the yoga mats followed by individual focused Reiki with the aim of releasing any blocks to your creative energy. You will then move to the creative area and choose from a selection of paints, pens, pencils, pastels and air-drying clay to either paint, draw, write, sculpt or dance to express yourself creatively.
Once you have finished, Charlotte will come round to you individually and offer to interpret the deeper meaning of what you have created if you so wish.

I firmly believe that your creative expression belongs to you and that no one can tell you how to do it but you. There is no right or wrong, no judgement, no assessment of skill, this is a space for you to freely release from your heart and soul and that is all.”
This session is open to adults and children and is a perfect way to spend some meaningful, fun and creative time together on a Sunday afternoon. Come and be surprised at what you create and how it makes you feel.
If you would love to attend, are happy with meditation and art but don't wish to receive Reiki, that's no problem. Just let me know what your preference is once you have booked.
