Join us for drinks and canapés in our relaxed and intimate 3’6 Bar for the second event – Hooked on Fish – of our new series, The Culinary Salon.

Each event will feature leading gastronomic figures sharing their passion for the world of food and drink, their experiences, and their thoughts about what the future may hold for the industry.

Hosted by Thane Prince, our panel includes:

Mark Hix MBE, a renowned chef, owner of HIX restaurants and food writer. Mark will be introducing his new book Hooked: Adventures in Angling and Eating.

Ben Tish, Culinary Director at The Stafford in St James’s, esteemed chef and author of Salt Yard Food & Wine and Grill, Smoke, BBQ. Ben will be introducing his new book Moorish: Vibrant Recipes from The Mediterranean.

Lindsey Bareham, prominent food writer, chef and author of ten books – including One Pot Wonders and The Fish Store. Lindsay will be exploring the enduring appeal of Jane Grigson’s Fish Book.

Thane brings to these culinary salons her experience of founding and running the highly acclaimed Cookbook Club in North London, which featured such food luminaries as Bee Wilson, Jose Pizarro and Russell Norman. With over 30 years of involvement in journalism, writing and interviewing Thane has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and trivia.
