Description

The Curse of the Alpha Woman - women on top... what are men afraid of?

Have you ever been labelled as ‘aggressive’ when you believed you were being assertive? Leadership for women is still accompanied by a backlash of veiled abuse, misogyny and worse. Yet, women’s voices are brave, powerful and often funny. How can we use our innate feminine sense of humour to change the landscape and increase understanding of our role in society? And how do we get men to really listen and engage with what we say?

Key learning points from this webinar include:

• The importance of really listening and how to focus on and interpret what is being said to you.
• The value of ‘active mindfulness’ and getting the most out of every conversation.
• Trusting your ‘material’ and using humour to make what you say memorable.
• Believing in yourself and having the courage to say what you really think.
• Living and speaking out in the moment on topics that matter to you.
