THE DAILY RESET
Overview
You know what you need to do.
You've read the books, listened to the podcasts, saved the Instagram posts about nervous system regulation. You understand that your morning sets the tone for your entire day. You know that breathwork works. You know that starting regulated instead of reactive would change everything.
But you're not fucking doing it.
Because when you're alone, it's too easy to hit snooze. Too easy to scroll instead.
Too easy to tell yourself you'll do it tomorrow. Too easy to skip it when no one's watching.
Here's what's actually true:
- You don't need another app or another meditation you'll never open
- You don't need to "figure out" the perfect morning routine
- You need accountability and you need consistency
- You need someone to show up for so you'll show up for yourself
- You need to break the pattern of knowing what to do but not doing it
What The Daily Reset Is
For two weeks, Monday through Friday, we meet at 6:30am on Zoom for 30 minutes of live breathwork and nervous system regulation.
This isn't guided meditation.
This isn't a recording you can do "whenever." This is live, it's structured, and it's about training your nervous system to start the day regulated instead of already activated.
We're using the tools I teach in my practice - the same breathwork and regulation techniques that help my clients move into feeling more SECURE within.
But we're doing it daily. We're building the neural pathway. We're creating the pattern.
And there are no recordings.
Because if you can "do it later," you won't do it at all. This is about showing up.
This is about commitment. This is about choosing yourself before the day chooses for you.
This is for you if:
You're done with the cycle of knowing what to do but not doing it. You're ready to commit to 30 minutes a day for two weeks. You want to feel what it's like to start your day from regulated nervous system instead of already in fight or flight.
You're part of my world and you're ready to actually do the work.
This is NOT for you if:
You need flexibility. You want recordings. You're looking for something you can do "when you have time." You're not ready to commit.
