Description

SHOW UP . BE SEEN . LIVE BRAVE

The Daring Way WorkshopTM has been created from the groundbreaking research of Dr Brene Brown with the purpose of helping you understand how you can truly show up, be seen and live brave.

You explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame and perfectionism, and seek to understand where your thoughts, emotions and behaviours currently hold you back. From here, you create new choices and practices that will move you to a more authentic and wholehearted way of living, developing resilience skills that will transform the way you live, love and lead.

This is a truly immersive experience where groups are deliberately kept small, which supports an intimate and nurturing environment. The workshop is led by a certified Daring Way facilitator (CDWF). The focus is on connection - each topic is introduced by your facilitator before you absorb, reflect and discuss with the group. You will also be given a Daring Way Workbook to support your learning and provide a source of reference as you implement positive change in your life.
