About this event

  • 2 days

F rom the organiser of The Legendary Faery Festival, this is a special weekend with lots going on; great music from Serpentyne, Alice Strange, Cauda Pavonis, Steve Mercy, Candacraig, Julia Mosley and many others. Fabulous stalls with amazing wares and gorgeous food. Plus our favourite dragon, Hemlock, will be on hand for rides and great photo ops. There's onsite camping with FREE parking too so you can be right in the heart of the festival. The Dark Faery Solstice is a truly magical event with a full programme of music, workshops and events.

Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are welcome but MUST be kept on a lead at all times and any mess cleared up immediately - things any responsible dog-owner does. There are geese and goslings nearby and the organiser will not tolerate dogs chasing/attacking them. Doggos with wings are extra welcome.

Can I buy tickets at the gate?

A limited number of walk-in tickets will be available.

Can I park my car by my tent?

Sorry, no, your car must be moved away from the tent camping once you've dropped off your kit.

CAN I BRING MY CAMPERVAN/CARAVAN/MOTORHOME?

Yes, but there are no hook ups. In the case of caravans, towing vehicles will have to be unhitched and moved to the carpark.

CAN I HAVE A BARBECUE?

No, sorry, any fire, candle or barbecue is strictly forbidden. Anyone flouting this rule will have to leave immediately.

WHO IS PLAYING AT THE EVENT?

There will be many acts added in the coming months - some will be regulars from The Legendary Faery Festival, plus many new musicians. Rest assured there will be a full daytime and evening programme for the whole weekend.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING?

Yes, for day ticket holders, it's £5. Blue badges go free and it's already included in the camping price, so campers don't have to pay.

IS THE SITE ACCESSIBLE?

Whilst the site is flat, you must bear in mind that it is rough pasture, some wheelchairs might have trouble negotiating the ground. Chunky wheeled versions should be okay, but I can't promise, sorry.

IS THERE DISABLED PARKING?

All parking is onsite, so most parking spots are within a very short distance of the event,
